We are happy to process your KidsTravelCard order by mail. Just download and print out one mail-in order form for each child and fill in
all of the requested information. Be sure to attach a photo of each child to the appropriate order form. The calculations at the bottom of the form has a field for Sales Tax, but that ONLY
applies to California residents (8.75%). The shipping choices and prices are shown below, so you just make your selection and include the shipping
in your total cost on the form.
