1. Can I get my card before I before on my trip next week?

Yes! There are 4 different trackable shipping choices, ranging from standard ground, which is 5-7 working days, to overnight, as well as U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Just choose the one that works best for your needs.

2. Can I get another card? How about another Strap Clip?

Yes, but you need to order them when you place the original order.here.

3.What can you do when my pet no longer looks like the picture on the card?

Since we do not maintain old information, you will need to order a new card.

4. Can you make the card from a group/snapshot picture?

We are able to use almost any photo you have. Just try to use a picture with a clear image of the pet.

5. Do you send pictures back?

Unfortunately our daily volume prevents us from having the ability to return your photos at this time.

6. Can I e-mail you a digital photo and all the information to make the card?

Yes you can, but do NOT include your credit card information. That will be collected by phone or fax to protect your security.

7. Do you offer a discount for large card orders?

You only pay one shipping charge for up to 4 different pets on a single order. If you are ordering for a larger group, you need to call and we can work with you for special shipping arrangements and cost discounts.

8. Do you have a fund-raising program?

9. Do you save my information for future replacement cards?

We do not save information, which means you don't have to worry about your information being accessible to anyone.

10. Do you sell to or share our information with other businesses?

No, we absolutely do not share your personal information with anyone. When your cards are complete, we purge the information from our systems.

11. How fast can we receive our cards?

How fast you receive the PetTravelCards depends upon the shipping method chosen. There are 5 choices for your convenience, ranging from overnight to 7 working days.

12. What is your cutoff time each day for orders?

The cutoff time each day is 12:00(noon) PST. If an order is received after this time it will be processed the next day.

13. What type of picture do you need?

Almost any photo is acceptable, in any picture format. We will resize and crop to fit the card. Please try to avoid very tiny pictures or large pictures where the animal is small, since such photos may produce a badge photo with poor resolution. Also, avoid extreme close-ups of the pet since the badge software crops a little of the pictures internally.

14. I don't like to use my credit card online, can I pay using Paypal?

Yes yo can. Choose the "Order Now" button on the home page, and then on the application page choose the "PayPal Users" button. The application process is exactly the same, except that you will enter your PayPal account information instead of your credit card information. We will receive your application by email, complete the process, and then submit a request for payment via PayPal. When you approve the payment, we will ship the order.

15. Is this type of identification accepted at airports?

This is NOT designed to satisfy airline requirements for traveling animals. This is designed to provide an additional safety measure in the event that your animal gets loose and needs to be identified and put back into its carrier or cage. It also provides specific information about your animal's medical or behavioral issues, so that it could be handled and treated properly with a minimum of stress.

16. I live outside the United States. Can I order a PetTravelCard?

Yes, but we do have to work a little harder. If you cannot make the address fit into the corresponding fields on the application, just email all the required information, together with your pet's photo, but NOT your credit card information. Upon receipt we will contacgt you for any clarification of how the address can be made to fit, let you know what your shipping choices and corresponding costs would be, and provide you with a fax number where you could safely fax credit card information.

17. I live outside the United States. Do the quoted shipping rates apply for me?

No, the shipping rates are for the continental United States. We need to check and find out what choices are available for you.
